Thanks to Andi8104 for the lot, to Marylou for the lot base-game version, and to Numenor for the BaseGameStarter *PRO* this allow me to do it in UNI version.

This is a complete starter built in a 1x1 lot. As it is made with the UNI Ep I gained some squares to the road. It is a home build for three sims. Inside there is, first level a main room fully equiped with kitchen and a litle living, there is also a real bathroom.
Upper floor you have 2 bedrooms, the smaller one furnished for the first baby.
