I played with the driveways when I had the idea to make a condo lot with a road parking.
I am sorry for those they have the left driving, I wanted to do it, changing my parameters, but I must re-start the complete lot due to the rotation cheat limitations.
So it is a lot for two famillies, the dispatching is in the screenchot area .This is a big house in a small lot so the gardening is very limited.
Left appt is for a 3 to 5 family with a "modern" furnishing, the right one is for up to 9 sims (with a cheat...and a good computer)
Of course you can change the inside plan, there is no building cheat in the living area, there is only a compressed wall under the central roof.
If you change the gardening or the size of the lot (availlable before EP4), there are invisible fences to cross the visible one where it is no fence posts
