The Malibu Mansion has everything a pretentious rich sim could ask for, from the tastefully landscaped lot complete with reflecting pool and palm trees to the third floor observatory which doubles as an aviary and triples as an exercise room. This house has detailed architecture including stone balconies which can be accessed from the two elegant bedrooms and the conservatory. The mansion is decorated in cool marble and warm tones and comes furnished with four recoloured appliances and piano, the rest of the furnishing I'll leave up to you. Enjoy.
