The Avalon is a small cottage-style bungalow based on the house of the same name from the 1926 Sears Roebuck Catalog of Houses. It is unfurnished and completely free of hacks or other custom content. You will need all four EPs (University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets) in order to use this home.
