"An ideal cottage for a summer home or watering resort."

Adapted from the original floor plan of the 1908 edition of the Sears Modern Homes catalogue, this fully furnished cottage is a perfect home for a growing family, complete with a second master bedroom for Grandma and Grandpa. The floorplan has only been slightly modified for modern living; the original floorplan didn't include a bathroom, so I turned the pantry into a full bath. There is also an opportunity to convert one of the smaller bedrooms at the front of the house into an additional bath if you so choose.
