this is my first upload to this website! but let me tell you a little bit about the house!

bedrooms - 3
bathrooms - 2
kitchens - 1 1/2
dock with a dingy
office
outdoor living areas
fishable pond
out door kitchen

this house uses water flowing to get the effect it has of the floating dingy on the water. i suggest downloading the HIGHLANDS map from this website - http://www.flyingacres.com/Neighbor...hborlySims.html - for the best results for water flow houses. if you cant download it, then use blue watervillage for slightly different results then with the HIGHLANDS.

sadly you cant get onto the dingy, but if you wanted im sure you can make it able to get on. there are many different ocean views from this house. you are more then welcome to add your own furnishings and add on to the house but please dont upload it to any other website without my permission, thanks and enjoy the house!!!!!
