This house by me is also over at www.thesims2.com, however it's rating is 3.9 something. Although it has 673 downloads, I'm still afraid that it will be culled - a shame. Thus I'm uploading it to this wonderful site so it can get a bigger audience!

Now the house:

I've added a real garage and some rugs to compliment my new EP's. The house at www.thesims2.com doesn't have a real garage and only requires the base game and the University EP - just to let you know.

The house has 3 bedrooms plus an office and master suite. There are also two full baths. The entry opens to the living room and open kitchen with dining room. The garage is off the kitchen.

Outside there's a covered patio perfect for BBQ's! There's also a pool and pool house, perfect for a fabulous sim party!

This house is also VERY PLAYABLE and great for those of us with out super fast computers. Put your settings on high and enjoy this house! NO HACKS, so download with out worry. The only CC is the invisible driveway recolor.
