The Tahoma is a great family home with wonderful details and fun suprises. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths.

Enter the home to find yourself in a welcoming and open layout. The formal dining room is right off the entry and is distinctively separated with columns and half-walls. The great room in straight ahead, with working fireplace and french doors leading to the porch area. A great view of the pool is through these doors as well. The gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and island is directly off the great room. A nook is also off the kitchen and is perfect for doing homework or eating a great home cooked meal.

All the bedrooms are good size and are carpeted in a great light burber. The master has a pirvate bath with steam shower and french doors leading to the backyard porch. View the pool and wonderful lush landscaping as you drift off to sleep. Three of the bedrooms share a big full bath, while a bedroom located on the other side of the house as a private bath - great for an older realitive or an older teen.

The Tahoma has a walk out basement with bath attached. There's also a charming patio area with sliding glass doors and access to the backyard. I have it set up right now as an office/game/exercise area, but I think it would also be perfect for older relatives or a teenager to use as a bedroom.

Outside, there's a sparkling pool and spa. There's also a green house and orchard area.

The Tahoma is completely CC and hack free - so, download with out worry. Please have a peek at my other houses when you get a chance.
