Three stories of sophisticated modern living encapsulates this great home. The home sits on a small 2x2 lot, but what it lacks in lot space it makes up for in style. Large windows through out the home plus lush landscaping makes this house a must download.

The home has 2 bedrooms plus a small office, and 1.5 baths. On the ground floor is the garage, a small powder room, and foyer. Up a flight of stairs is the main living area with the kitchen, dining room and living room. There's a balcony off the living room as well (perfect for a game of chess). On the third floor are the bedrooms, full bath and office.

The outside is lush with mature landscaping and a pond (great for fishing!)

The house is very playable with NO CC! Download today and have your sims living the sophisticated modern life! And, as always don't forget to check out my other great houses.
