What a wonderful Mediterranean Beach Villa!

A multi level star entry leads you to the grand entry foyer. To the left of the foyer you'll find a dining room and to the right an office. Through the dining room is the eat-in kitchen with butler's pantry. A family room with lots of windows is attached to the kitchen as well. Straight though the foyer is the formal living room with soaring two story ceilings and two story windows. The master suite is downstairs with nursery or sitting area attached. The master also has a private bath. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms plus a den and office. The landing looks over the formal livingroom and has a kids play area.

The house overall has 4 bedrooms, two offices, a den and five bathrooms!

On the lowest level are the two garages. There is also a large exercise room with sauna and a large game room.

Outside there's a pool, spa, kid's play area and BBQ area.

This house is fully furnished with hardly an CC (only windows, terrain paints, and the invisible driveway). NO HACKS! Just move your sims in and enjoy. Even though the house is large, it still is VERY PLAYABLE! Sims can move around with ease and rooms are not excessively large.

This wonderful house is also over at the sims 2. It was a request house I created sometime back. I was really happy with the way it turned out.
