Wonderful English style Suburban home. Your sims will be living in luxury when you download this great home.

Five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There's also a den and office. Even though the house is large, it's still is VERY PLAYABLE! The rooms are not excessively large and all flow very nicely. I've played this lot many times with one of my own sim families and they love it.

The house is unfurnished expect for fixed furnishings. I was going to upload this house finished but I realized that my finished version is chalked full of CC!

There is a minimal amount of CC on this download and NO HACKS! So you can download without worry.

The house is also over at thesims2 and only requires the base game and the UNI EP if you don't have the other EP's. This version is basically the same, except I've added two invisible driveways. You can park two cars in the driveway. One under the portico and one towards the street.
