So, I finally got around to it and installed Bon Voyage. I had been waiting for the second patch ... yada yada yada ... Well, I got busy playing and building and discovering all the new stuff that came with BV.

The end result is this great beach house right on the ocean! ... read on to find out more ...

This house is amazing! With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths (each with steam showers) and a wonderful open layout your sims with be thanking you over and over again for moving them into this wonderful beach house.

The concept of the house is modern with hints of Asian overtones (note the roof pitches and subtle Asian themes in the house).

Walls of windows let light in, and allow you to see the wonderful calming ocean (practically from every room). The floorplan is open and flows nicely. Enter, and on the right you'll see the formal living room with two story ceilings. On the left is the dining area and just beyond that is the multi-level stairs (this is something to behold!) leading to the second story. Go straight from the entry to see the open kitchen with non CC upper kitchen cabinets and further ahead is the living room with fireplace and windows everywhere! A porch is almost completely around this level.

Upstairs the master suite and master bath are located along with a great landing/loft/office area. The master has it's own private balcony and the landing also has a large balcony as well. The master also has a private bath with steam shower.

Outside the landscaping is clean and subtle. Classic island palms and bushes stand out nicely against the beautiful putty color of the house. The backyard of the house has an infinity edge pool and a small BBQ area with seating. A sauna is also on this lower level and is great after a dip in the ocean!
