Enjoy a cup of Earl Grey Tea with your sims while they live in this Quaint English Tudor. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (the master has it's own private bath).

Downstairs there's a grand foyer with stairway and formal dining room off the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen also connects to the "garage" which is being used as an office and game room. There's also a formal livingroom with library area and TV area. A full bath is also located downstairs (perfect for guests).

Upstairs the bedrooms are located. One is perfect for a boy and one for a baby. There's also a full bath that services the kid's bedrooms. The master has it's own fireplace!

Outside the landscaping is charming with a pond, meditation area and BBQ area.

There's also a long driveway that two cars can easily be parked on.

I hope you enjoy this home. The layout is VERY PLAYABLE! And the only CC is the invisible driveway recolor! WOW! Download today and have your sims living in this Quaint English Tudor. Please check out my other homes when you get a chance. Thanks!
