I've created another house based on the gorgeous Lyzzick Hall situated in the Lake district (UK). It's a very English Country Area and this house sits well in that 'look'.
It's fully furnished with Maxis base game items so its fine for everyone. I've tweaked slightly with the moveobjects cheat so that the landscaped gardens look fuller and more lush but that wont cause any problems to anyone.

The house contains the following:

Ground Floor:
Generous Hallway
Kitchen with breakfast bar
Dining Room
Reception Lounge
Study
Sunroom Reception
Small WC

First Floor
Large Landing
Family Bathroom
Master Bedroom
2nd bedroom currently furnished for a small child & Baby
(the master and 2nd bedroom also have a jack and jill En Suite = doors in from both rooms)
3rd Bedroom Currently furnished for a teen
