I must say I'm not sure what this is. LOL. Umm, we can call it a "thing" for now. I will let you guys/gals name it. This thing has a garage and 3 levels on top of it. Its a pretty empty house and I left it that way just cause well, I'm not sure. But there are 2 smaller rooms on the 1st and 3rd floor those would be for the restrooms. I think if I play it I will just make one bath and locate it on the 2nd floor so the kitchen/dining and living room is more open. Well good luck with this one. If anyone actually downloads this one I would be surprised. There is some custom content but not a whole lot. I wanted the wooden stairs but they have that ugly underpining or whatever it is and it would go through the deck floor and to the level below. There are some stairs without that under-mess junk but you would need Numenors Scriptorium for those and I wanted it simple for you guys, plus I like the whole ladder idea. Anywho, have fun.
