This lil lot comes with a garage, basement and a simple floor plan that can be better tweaked to your liking. I tried my hardest to keep it under 20k so like I said its pretty basic. Have fun with it. I will try and make some better "Starter" homes later. They will also be on Download Rd when i get them built. If your looking for my newer lots that are 20-35ish'k range they are located on Download Dr. Laters. Oh, no custom content was used.
