4 Download Rd is my 4th Starter home if you count that really odd looking one I did. Anywho this lot is nice for a starter. However, I was very low on funds when it came to the lighting. With that being said you could always add more lights to the exterior cause I know I would have if it wouldnt have put me over the 20k mark. Also with this being a 2x3 lot you have some room in the back yard for adding what you like. I tried to capture all the backyard in the pic named backyard.The CC is minimal. See the pics below for the floor layout. This lot also comes with a sloping down garage. Enjoy,
