The Inglewood is the latest addition to the New Beginnings series. It is ideal for two people, perhaps newly weds, or the elder retired couple, but there is room to grow with its extra bedrooms and extra half bath. It is completely unfurnished, and the landscape is sparse, in an attempt to keep it under $20K.

The rooms are spacious, and the yard is carefully fenced off to keep out those strays pets that may wander onto the property.
