The New Beginnings Collection, is a series of houses, ranging from 1-3 bedroom, and going across the board from your basic bungalows, to holiday homes and villas. These are not the absolute in luxury living, but boast everything that is needed, and at other times quite a lot more too. In brief, these are the first or second homes your sims might buy, whether in the local neighbourhood, or abroad (not yet tested with Bon Voyage).

This first property in the collection, is a reasonable sized bungalow, suitable for a single person or a couple. There has been some basic garden landscaping, and the property even comes with a garage.

The layout is as follows:

Garage, Kitchen-diner, Lounge, Bedroom with en-suite.
