The New Beginnings Collection, is a series of houses, ranging from 1-3 bedroom, and going across the board from your basic bungalows, to holiday homes and villas. These are not the absolute in luxury living, but boast everything that is needed, and at other times quite a lot more too. In brief, these are the first or second homes your sims might buy, whether in the local neighbourhood, or abroad (not yet tested with Bon Voyage).

This fifth lot in the collection, is as close to luxury as this collection comes for small families. This holiday home, comes with a fully decorated and furnished interior which is based on several mediterranean villas I myself have stayed in while on holiday. The colours are rich, and there is much tile flooring, so as to keep the house cool. There are three bedrooms, with a patio and pool at the rear.

The layout is as follows:

Ground Floor: Kitchen-diner, lounge, TV room, study.

1st Floor:
2 Bedrooms, 1 Master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, separate bathroom
