I took a hit from my previous upload, The Takemizu Grand, That i should do more landscaping for my lots. I remember a project I was working on for friend and I thought, why dont I send it to MTS2? So here it is. Originally called 34 Springwood Drive. It has a maze, although id recommend a hack to disable plant tending, there are alot of hedges!!!! It is a 2-Storey home featuring a double Garage and some nice garden Deco. Needs Up to OFB. No custom content.
WARNING: the lot wasn't exactly flat when i built it. to place mansion, find a blank space, preferably that highway in bluewater village, to place it, the edges are really deep!!!!!!!!
