No autonomous gesture(madness) in other(non vacation)neighborhoods.
Since noautogesture at all don't allow to learn local greets,this mod still allow it,but only in Vacation neighborhoods.
All mods FT compatible.

Bow-only in Asia
Chest pound-only in Mountain
Hang Loose-only in Tropic
Use only one of them.
