This starter house requires only the base game, SIMS2 (thanks to Numinor's AnyGameStarter!). It has lots of space, including a walkout basement that is easy to see into, three large bedrooms, two long covered balconies, a livingroom, kitchen-dining room, 1-1/2 baths and a large landing on the upper floor. It has furnishings for 2, including all skill builders. It features a decorative wood-burning stove. It sits on a 3x2 lot. All for only $19,986.
I really missed the roof slope tool of Pets and that stage to turn staircases when I built this house. The sims2 building toolset has come a long way since the game first came out.
