City Apartments with Lift (1-, 2-, 3-bdrm apts)

This city/urban style apartment building contains one 1-bedroom, one 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The second and third floors are empty shells that are just there as 'eye-candy' to give the building an urban look. On the roof--which you can reach by lift or by stairs--are a few items to occupy sims in their copious spare time (hot tub, grill, treadmill).
Note that the building is made prior to the Apartment expansion pack coming out, so it is set up as a residential lot. Presumably, it would need to be rezoned and have special doors put in to be useable by the Apartment pack as apartments. When I play lots like this, I lock/remove or other wise hinder access to apartments that the sim isn't playing. There are centerpieces on each table to keep sims from serving to them, but they will serve to the island counters in the three-bedroom apt. Turn the barstools facing outwards if you do not want them to serve to the counter spots. The lot has been play tested and seems to work smoothly and to have decent visibility/useability from a wide range of angles into any of the apartments.
