Description:
Cute and very playable starter house with garden, furnished for 1-2 sims with two spare rooms. Open dining/kitchen/living on the ground floor that can be subdivided (see playtesting screenshot: I used the smaller part for a nursery); on the upstairs hallway is enough space to make a second bathroom if you need one.

2 x spare room (empty)

Room for two driveways next to the house. Playtested in Seasons for more than a sim week, the roof is weatherproof. Note that the backside exterior shot is from playtesting -- the swing and the shrubs in the garden are not included with the starter.

Note: on one occasion (after I placed the lot in my playtesting hood and moved in the sims), the game borked my roof resulting in a sort of double roof .. if this happens to you, just enter the roofslopeangle cheat again in order to fix it: "roofslopeangle 56.4".
