Description:
Sub-urban starter house with garden on a 2x3 lot, furnished for 1-2 sims with room for one or two more. Access via the garden terrace, open floorplan with kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor, two bedrooms in the basement.

All basics included, with a fireplace, stereo, mirror and grill on top. I think I forgot to put a fire alarm on the terrace; you should probably add that. One driveway in front of the house, room for a garden in the back.
