Do you have difficulty finding starter homes furnished for eight sims for the $20K a new family has to start out with? This modest home has basic furnishings for eight sims (8 bedslots, 5 seats, phone, bookcase, fire alarm, kitchen and bath basics, lights in each room) and has room to grow.
The lovely 3x3 lot has a pond which is deep enough for fish. There is a sunlit, walkout basement that is easy to see into. There is room for a driveway and one car. With just a bit of work (money), this could be your picturesque dream house. Of course, a second bathroom would probably be a higher priority than, say, trees and flowers. Hmm, and replacing that bamboo wallpaper, that is a priority.
