This city block contains 4 apartments that are "walkups"--on the second and third story of a building whose first story is stores. The stores--a toy shop, oriental restaurant and videoarcade are part of the common area for the apartments. The central roof is also common area.



One apartment is large, with four bedrooms upstairs (3 are 4x4+), a private roof terrace and a spacious living area. One aparment is a small studio, with a fold-down bed. Two apartments are one bedroom. One of these has its own private roof. The second floor contains two of the small apartments and the lower floor of the large apt; that floor is shown below. The other floors are in the attachments.

The lot has been play tested for a couple of game days, and seems to be working ok. (Boy, apts can be tricky though.)
