Hi everyone! This is my first upload to modthesims. I've been at www.thesims2.com for quite sometime. Needless to say, the rating system got to me. Thus, I've decided to upload my creations here from now on. I hope you'll support me in this effort. The house is also at the sims website as well, feel free to rate it there or download it.

Now about the house:

This wonderful suburban family home is contemporary in it's feeling. Retro furniture and a modern kitchen help convey the modern atmosphere. The family room is raised with a two story soaring ceiling. The dining room also has a two story ceiling.

Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms comprise the house. There's also a pool house in the back (perfect for a late night card game with the fellas).

Fully decorated down to the last detail (don't miss the non-CC upper kitchen cabinets - sign my guestbook to find out how I created them).
