Requires Seasons.

Kind of like a beach/holiday house, small but with a very useable basement -- it's made with the CoverUpSlope fence which makes it easy to view with walls down. The basement has a separate outside access from underneath the front porch.

1 x double bedroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
1 x bathroom
1 x spare room (empty)

There's enough room for a driveway in front and plenty of space on the back side.

Lot Size: 1x3
Lot Price: 19.977§
