1 great room (Kitchen, Dining, and a Living room)
1 Bonus Room that could be used for a business.
A nice fenced in yard so your pets can roam around in.
A gardening spot
Lemon, Apple and Orange trees.
2 Driveways.
2 Porchs (one in the back and one in the front)
Some landscaping.
