Alpine Refuge by lamammaforever

1 bedroom, 2 baths + a little one in the basement
Large kitchen and living with a studio corner, a creativity room on the ground floor and a hobby room in the basement, a nice pool and a little lake – a pond actually – with a nice fresh waterfall, where sims can practice fishing or just relax.
Alarms in discrete points, gates around which can be blocked for avoiding animals and sims in the wrong place and in the wrong moment.
This modern and rustic refuge is designed for single/couple, however both the creativity and hobby room may be converted into kid place. If you feel you can’t do without painting or playing with your loved little trains, add a new level, it’s easy since the spiral stairs are stackable and the roof is flat (well you’ll lose those mysterious decorations … )

IMPORTANT note for Mehrlicht (and for all of you who love the pixelated damned little people hehe): no sims were sacrified for testing this lot.

Obviously you can use them as much as you want, I'll be very glad. Give credit, don't claim at yours, these are basic golden rules good for all the community.

NOTES about the ...recolor.rar file: you’ll find included
1) the animation file for the spiral stairs: this file must go in your download folder otherwise the stair won’t work
2) some pale blue recolors of maxis objects by me: basic dishwater, basic trashcompactor, basic end table, the top of the colonial counter, candles, tiki recliner (and it should work also for the loveseat) and 2 recolors of atomicage rug (lake and navajo dance)
These recolors are not really needed if you don’t like them or already have something similar, however please remember to put them in your download folder before installing the house.
