Outpost - The White Colony by lamammaforever (all EPs and many CCs)

The starship troopers who have the mission to colonize the planets surely need a decent outpost where living, studing, having fun and reproducing.
This place is one of the most luxury place for staying on an alien world, but I love my scientist sims...if they have to stay there for ages, better to give them the best ...

This lot is for brave computers, mine suffers of some lag playing large lots, however this one seems to be really playable, also thanks to the ascension elevator by targa.

Ground floor: kitchen / spacious atrium-living / mini-study / bath / living
1st floor: 2 large bedrooms with studies and baths
2nd floor: laboratory plus telescope station / fitness centre / bath
3rd floor: zen area (sauna, massage, sunbath, bath) and disco plus music area and bar
Other features: wide pool / tea area / lake of warm waters
