This place is one of the most luxury place for staying in an alien world, but I love my scientist sims. If they have to stay there for ages, better to give them the best ...

This lot is for brave computers, it may lag a bit, however this one seems to be really playable, also thanks to the ascension elevator by targa.

1st level: kitchen / spacious atrium-living / study / bath + access to the hot tub, creative room and to the laboratoy / hobby room
2nd level: master and kids bedrooms / bath / fitness
3rd level: telescopes station

Alarms in discrete points.
The living features a transparent floor from where is possible get a view of the waterfall (really cool)

As far as my recolors they are and must remain free. Obviously you can use them as much as you want, I'll be very glad. Give credit, don't claim at yours, these are basic golden rules good for all the community.

NOTES about recolors by me
walls, floors and echo rug recolors are included in the lot file, while painting and other recolors are in the additional file: black maxis end table, black fire and burglar alarms, blue glowing recolor of maxis cube, blue star recolor of maxis painting (stroke A). About this last one, it's part of a new set I'm working on.
All these recolors are not really needed if you don’t like them or already have something similar, but I suggest to take them for keeping the same result. In this case, please remember to put them in your download folder before installing the house.

NOTES about building cheats:
I used *moveobject* while landscaping so I suggest a good mod for having a perfect garden, like this one by twojeff, inspired by one previously created by Inge Jones http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php/topic,13.0.html
I also used *45degress* and *snap to grid*: it's easy to revert the objects to their regular position by simply moving them.

All EPs up to Apartment Life are needed.
I also used Kitchen&Bath SP, the CD rack from Teen Style SP and the world map by Family Fun SP: if you don't have them, the lot will work perfectly but these objects wont appear.
