51 Oakridge Drive - The Lexington

Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
Well today I bring you a beautiful beach lot that took forever to build due to the walk-out basement. That's right, there's a walk-out basement and much, much more. All in all, I'm very proud of the lot and I hope you'll enjoy it in your game!



This house has:
- 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and 2 half baths

- partially furnished (all plumbing, lighting, some electronics, and counters)

- style: unknown... I'd guess contemporary or traditional... (didn't say with the blueprints)
