Hello everyone, I'm back with more homes to share with you all via the Sims 3 and thus I have my new series Fernview Way. Terrible name, I know. As with my other homes, all the homes I'll be building and uploading are based off of houseplans I find online or among the numerous books I've purchased over the last couple of years. Now let's get to the good stuff, shall we?

2 Fernview Way, aka R-145 (great name, eh?) is a lot that was part of the 1956 Modern Ranch Homes catalogue published by National Plan Service. Some of these homes have already appeared on MTS2 from other creators which I encourage you to look at.
