Well, I felt like making a house, and I really like how this one came out. It's a really pretty, middle-class home, great environment and home for your normal simmies.

This cute home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, Kitchen, Basement, Garage, Study, and a family room. 15 Avalon Street is full of detail in every corner, including closets, well landscaped lawn and a well playable layout.

I tested the house and everything seems to work fine. The only thing that isn't really usable is if you go downstairs in the basement, there is a small storage room. In that room there is all sorts of clutter for decoration, just to give you that basement feeling.

It really is a great house, especially if you like realism, you have my word. There is absolutely no CC in this house, and it only requires Nightlife.
