Another lot, this one based on the real life Villa de Rothschild in the South of France. The building is roughly the same as the real house, the gardens are my own imagination as is the layout of the rooms.
Yes in real life the house is pink and white! Go figure!
On the ground floor you'll find the kitchen, dining room, a pantry, toilet, large drawing room and a library as well as the grand foyer.
The grand staircase leads up to two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a third bedroom or lounge leading to the front balconey.
It is completely unfurnished.
In the basement is a pool, gym, bathroom and game room for fun loving sims.
The whole house sits on the 5x5 lot
Costs 187'106 simoleons.
