Hi all

Another Darkwytche lot.

I recently started work as a male chambermaid in a 5 star hotel resort. The sights I've seen are unreaptable but some of the suites are gorgeous. There are three VIP suites - the Villa De L'estrel being the smallest!!!!

It contains, large bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe area. Large open plan lounge and dining area. A small kitchen and guest bathroom. Outside in the back overlooking the water and the trees is a long terrace, covered incase of bad weather it holds deck loungers and a jacuzzi.

The colours, floor plan and placing of furniture is as close as I could get to the real suite without using Custom content. The style of furniture is also as close as I could get.

You'll need OFB and NL.

It sits on the 4x4 lot
Cost - 139'757 simoleons.

Please note, this building is a hotel suite, therefore it has no driveway or garage or indeed space for one, nor does it have a pool although you could rip down trees to make room for one.
