This hack changes 5 aspects of the money tree's behavior.

- Makes the tree only harvestable by Sims with a wallet (playable Sims)

- Allows playable visitors to keep the funds from harvesting the tree

- Sims will always succeed aspirationally when harvesting the tree

- Decreases the amount of money obtained each time you harvest a money tree. It is now a random number between 10-15 Simoleans instead of the original amount of 40. Additionally, it now takes 24 hours until the money tree can be harvested again, instead of the original 6 hours. (both the amount and the regrowth time are customizable, which allows you to convert this hack to "easier money tree")

- Automatically waters the tree after it is harvested (can be disabled)
