Hi there.
This is a new modern and cool lot of the P.K.Dick Village collection, with an oriental and minimal look, designed for sims with a zen vision of the world.

East of Eden is the right house for a couple + 1 boy/girl.
Fully furnished.
It's simple, elegant and relaxing.
Ground floor: large kitchen, studio, living and bath.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, access to the little tower.
Third floor: the game room (only elevator access), which can be converted in an additional room.
Little gates around and near the entrance which can be locked so you can avoid that visitors and animals walk all around.
Alarms in discrete points.



Cleaned, checked and tested in game, for 3 sim days.
I have all EPs and stuff packs, so probably you need the same for running this lot.
IMPORTANT note for Mehrlicht (and for all of you who love the pixelated dammned little people hehe): no sims were sacrified for testing this lot.

Please, do not upload anywhere (including Exchange) and do not claim at yours, at least and mostly because the CCs creators spent a lot of time in realizing something such gorgeous. If someone else would like to have it, just tell them to come here on MTS2.
