To enter into the kids' stuff challenge I recreated the kids' doll-house and transformed it into a childrens' attractive community lot.

What's better, after a hard day at school, than to have fun in a place where you can find all the conveniences to do it ?

While kids will be playing in the garden, their parents can share a cup of coffee with friends. Father and son can enter into a computer challenge on the first floor while the other members of the family can play the "lama" game.

Then, the whole family can have lunch in the Buffet Restaurant.

The ground floor welcomes any person interested in cars or helicopter speed racings or gives to the future cooks a chance to show their cooking talent in the kids kitchen area. Of course, there is an area for more simple games as the famous doll-house, teddy bears, etc.

In the garden, the swimming pool welcomes the sportives or, for adventurers who assume the risk to get lost in the labyrinth, the "bubble machine" will offer the utmost fun...

Technical informations :

I have recreated the doll-house's external and internal walls and floors to match with my model.

The lot has been made with AGS - no SP required and
scanned with Sims2pack Clean Installer - no hacks.
