This is actually all Maxis houses build on one lot as apartments.

The first house ( red one ) is City house with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom.

Second house ( blue one ) is Ranch retreat 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The last house ( white one ) is Cape Cod Classic 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.



I have remodeled them all some.
