Some Maxis lots can look okay, but when you try playing them the're just not practical.

For me 113 Wright Way is one of those such lots. So I turned it into apartments! There are four apartments and I have tried to keep as many original features as possible and only build where there was original foundations etc.

Apartment 1 - 2 bedrooms
Apartment 2 - 3 bedrooms
Apartment 3 - 2 bedrooms
Apartment 4 - 1 bedroom

I don't have Apartments life so I have had to just use ordinary doors for each front door, but if you've got Apartment Life then I'm sure you can change it.

I've left the flats empty so that you can decorate in your own style.

I now have Apartment Life so I've included a new file which contains the version with real apartments. Furnished with basic fixtures. Just downlaod the Apartment Life file. (Also requires Seasons)
