23 - 27 Sandplanks Avenue

I've been having fun lately building apartments and for this one I've really tried to focus on interesting interior plans. A lot of the time, insides are done to fit the exterior build shape and you just get as many rooms in as possible without really considering designing the inside.

For this one I tried to come up with good layouts whilst making the insides interesting also - glass brick walls, floor-to-ceiling lights ... you get my drift.





There is a lot of custom content but that's because I wanted the rooms to look really modern rather than scrimping back on the CC to use Maxis stuff so that there is less of a download list. All the stuff is really worth it, especially the KitchenBasic which I adore as it's so diverse.
