I won't go into too much detail with this one.

Okay, so this requires Nightlife. There is no custom content.

This house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is furnished for up to 4 sims.
The house is a 2x2 lot, and costs $58,091. This house is one of the most expensive ones I have built. I do not recommend it for a starter home unless you depreciate it.

EDIT: Since the server crashed, and I don't have a backup file, I have built the house using the screenshots. It isn't EXACTLY the same, but it is only one or two lamps difference.
