Living cheaply doesnt have to be primitive! This cute little cabin placed on a wooded lot has every amenity your sim needs to start out on the right foot including:

3 bedrooms ( one set up as a nursery)
2 full baths
all skillbuilders except creativity
all alarms and phone
fireplace
driveway
pretty landscaping

I could not get the artist easel in the build without sacrificing the fireplace...and I really did not want to do that. So, your simmie can work on other skills until the first payday rolls around.
Squeezing every simoleon until it screams, this lovely lot comes in at $19,954. Enjoy!

Lot Size: 3x3
Lot Price: $19,954
