Sized small to fit anywhere, this lovely Victorian family home is bound to add charm to any neighborhood in which it is placed. The extremely playable floorplan includes:

3 bedrooms
3 baths
fireplace
all skill builders
all alarms and phones
driveway
lush landscaping

This lot has been fully playtested and works very well. I am a big fan of houses that dont require you constantly keep moving the camera around to keep track of the action and this home is no exception. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Lot Size: 2x3
Lot Price: $88,981
