For years, Homestead farm sat neglected and abandoned on the outskirts of Simcity. Most of the farm land surrounding it had been sold off and all that remained was the small original house and one of the barns. A clever young couple saw the potential and snapped it up. After alot of work and time, they converted the barn into additional living space and restored much of the original woodwork. Other features include:

3 bedrooms ( 1 in main house 2 in the barn)
2 bathrooms
large activity room in barn
fully furnished
potbelly stove
all skill builders
alarms and phones
lots of landscaping and trees

The barn has a loft that is currently inaccessible, but is just begging for one of those cute little cc ladders...but since this lot is CC free..that is something you will have to do for yourself.

Lot Size: 3x3
Lot Price: $37,725
