Swan House from Twilight - Furnished and Unfurnished

About five months ago two things happened simultaneously, I fell in love with the Twilight film and I found my Sims 2 disk so naturally I decided I had to create the characters from Twilight in the Sims. I looked around for the a Swan house, but didn't find one so I decided to make one of my own. THe difference between that first house I built and this one I finally have the courage to upload is tremendous. I had no idea how much work went in to really building a house well.

So here it is, my first upload. I give it to you furnished and unfurnished (although I did include lights in the unfurnished)



There are two bedrooms (one for Bella and one for CHarlie)
An upstairs study for Charlie and a downstairs general study area/skill building
1.5 bathrooms
Dining room that opens to the family room
Kitchen
and back porch
I also have a storeroom

Because in the film you only see Bella's room, the kitchen and dining room I relied heavily upon Catherine Hardwicke's Director's Notebook for all sorts of fun details. Luckily she put a floorplan of the house in the book so I based my house off of that.


When the movie and book house differed (such as blue paint or green paint in Bella's room) I went with the movie because I had better pictures of it.

I have furnished it based upon what I saw in the film, with minimal cc, and what I think a chief of police that has lived on his own for 16 years would have so there aren't a lot of paintings or statues or anything like that but I can tell you that the environment scores are very high for all my rooms and they have been thoroughly played and tested.
